50 minute consultation:

These are conducted at our rooms at H Plus consulting suit, Glendale Crossroad Medical Centre.

Referrals:

  • Medicare (via GP)

  • Self-referred

  • DVA

  • WorkCover/CTP

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Self and plan managed only. *prices are based on the NDIS price guide

The fee for a 50 minute session is $205.00. Patients with a current mental health plan will be eligible for a $98.95 medicare rebate.

We also provide NDIS-funded home and community based visits to support participants in their own environment. We are able to travel within Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions.
